Review of L'Oreal Youth Code BB Cream Illuminator by pmburk
I got sucked in by the hype & purchased this a while back, and paid $15 or $16 for it at Walgreens (this is why I selected "4" for price - that's pretty high for a drugstore item IMHO). I liked this just fine, but frankly, it is nothing more than a tinted moisturizer. I gave this a 3 overall because as a tinted moisturizer it is just fine. As a BB cream (which is what it claims to be), it really doesn't perform. Coverage was light and sheer, and it was somewhat hydrating. Same as all my other tinted moisturizers. I did not see anything spectacular about this product, and since I already have several tinted moisturizers, I ended up giving it to a friend. Unless I'm in need a tinted moisturizer, I will not repurchase.
