The label on Nailtrition states that it's a "Nail Strengthener & Growth Treatment". I've been using Essie Millionails for that & I don't think I'm going to stop (no need to fix what's not broken, right?). However, I really like this Nailtrition just because it looks pretty. It's sort of like nail gloss: my nails look pretty & shiny, with just the sheerest kiss of pearly pink. It is perfect for when I want my nails to look great without a lot of fuss. It's super-forgiving, even if I slap it on my nails, they still look great. So it is perfect for those times when my manicure is rushed, I didn't buy this for a treatment so I don't know if it's made my nails any stronger. But I really like the My Nails But Better look this gives me and if I ever run out I do plan to repurchase. I think this was about $9 at Sally for a 0.6 oz bottle.
