I wanted to try a different sunscreen, since I noticed that the chemical Lancome one I was using didn't seem to be blocking out much, even thought it was a high SPF. I was attracted to the SPF50, and, as others mentioned, the 19% zinc oxide.
I got the "clear" version (not sure if the "pearly" one is offered here in the US, as I have never seen it at the counter. The liquid is white and sort of thick, but once on the face, it goes on transparent and does not leave the dreaded white mask. (I imagine that, due to the zinc, it would not photograph well in flash settings, but I've not tried.)
The packaging is convenient and sanitary. Even though it looks like a tube, it does have a pump, and the pump gives you a good amount of control as to how much product comes out.
As others have mentioned, since the texture of this is quite dry, it doesn't work well under powder foundation - only liquid. Additionally, because of the ingredients, it is hard to remove at night, and the previous reviewer was correct that hounded a cleansing oil first to prevent clogged pores.
Overall, I really like this product... It works well at controlling my oily skin, too... I would definitely repurchase. Just wish the price weren't quite so high (over $50USD.)
