i use this once my hair is damp. Smells amazing...like fresh green apples! makes my hair feel so soft...inexpensive & the bottle is cute! this is better than aveeno's leave in...but my hair is super damaged right now and i feel this doesnt cut it anymore....my HG is la brasiliana dieci leave in!!! ya, its double the price...but its double or even triple the results of miracle 7!!!
