Review of MAC Mineralize Skinfinish in Soft and Gentle by whenyouusmile
Honestly, this is my holy grail product for gorgeous cheekbones. I have very high naturally defined cheekbones, but my dry skin ceases to let them shine. As a daily highlighter, I use Soft & Gentle on top of my cheekbones and down the bridge of my nose. I'm always bombarded with compliments, and tons of my friends have asked how I've gotten my skin to glow. I'm an NC25 for reference: I've never found this product to be too shimmery. It's a bit overwhelming in the pan, but for some reason, I find that I can layer it onto my skin and not feel like a disco ball. I must add that I don't have a huge variety of highlighters- this is my first, but it'll definitely remain my only. I've had it for about a year now, and I'm barely starting to push down the dome shape! Mind you, I use this every single day! It's about 30 bucks, I believe, which is a bit expensive for my budget, but honestly, this stuff lasts forever. Plus, the glow it gives your skin is unbelievable! The packaging is quite standard MAC packaging. I broke the button after a couple of months, which kind of sucks... nonetheless, I continue to use this. Also, you can use this for a pretty eyeshadow on your lid when you're in a rush for class in the morning, and you can also use it as an eyebrow highlight. I love how multi-purpose this product is, and I'm definitely going to repurchase. Thanks, MAC, for actually having one of my favorite products of yours in of the permanent collection for once! hahaha. Ladies, give it a try. I'm confident you won't regret it :)
