Review of Orly Charged Up by niclyf
Orly Charged Up is about tied for all time favorite purple along w/ OPI Sapphire in the Snow.
What makes this perfection .. it's a cream that isn't too light, and isn't too deep after 2-3 coats. It retains it's "purple" status without leaning towards being too deep. It's a blue based purple that looks amazing on tips and toes, and one of the few polishes I've gotten loads of compliments on. Wears well, applies easily, total home run in my stash!
