Review of Orly Charged Up by ahappyplace
Charged Up may be my all-time favorite purple - and I own lots! It is a very glossy midtone purple that can look slightly vampy in indoor lighting. The texture is between a creme and a jelly - it is slightly sheer but applies beautifully and is opaque in two coats for me. I think this polish would suit both the warm and cool toned.
