Review of Chanel Mascara Base by beaniewienie
This has the same brush as the Inimitable Mascara & is clear. It may moisturize my lashes like it claims, but it does nothing to lengthen or thicken them like my Shisedio lash primer does. $24 & I can't tell a thing different when I use this one.
