Review of Unlisted Brand Yogurt Mask by mikalee

This product has really transformed my skin. If it's not working for you, unless you're lactose intolerant, you're using it wrong! How could I possibly use it wrong, you ask? Keep reading. I first started using the yogurt mask on and off, for about a month, I didn't see any result. So I stopped doing it. Then this winter, I had to travel around the country a few times, being stuck in a plane, in that disgusting recirculated air for at least 6 hours at a time, my skin really suffered. I didn't know what to do, so I decided to give the yogurt mask another try. But I was serious about it this time, and I did it everyday for a week. At first it was great, my pimples and red acne scars started to fade. Then I started getting large whiteheads. I wasn't ready to give up on the mask just yet, and I figured maybe I was just doing it too much, maybe my skin was over exfoliated (that's really bad for you too). So I reduced it to every other day, giving my skin one day in between each mask to heal and do its own thing. I'm really glad I did that and didn't just stop using it all together. The key is to find the right balance, maybe you can only do it twice a week, or maybe only once. But seriously, I'm telling you, once you find that sweet spot, the yogurt mask WORKS! It's better than all the expensive brand name stuff out there. Here's how I use it, I couple it with my Clinique 3 step program, and I only use it at night:

step 1 - wash my face with soap
step 2 - apply a thick lay of yogurt on face & neck (I use 9% Greek yogurt) for about an hour, basically until the mask completely dries
step 3 - wash mask off; towel dry
step 4 - toner; moisturizer

Hope this was helpful, and cheers to beautiful skin! :)
