I have been using EVCO for a few years now, mainly to remove Mascara. I use *waterproof* mascara & this is the absolute BEST for taking any brand off, even the most stubborn kind imaginable! The other benefit is that leaves the lashes condtioned & the eye area moist. I have no interest in ever using a traditional eye make-up remover again.
