This stuff really does stop the sweat. I only put it on a few times a week at the most, & that's all you really need... maybe every two days or so. I take off one lippie because it can be a little itchy, & one time I got a serious rash that hurt from using this stuff. I think I just used too much at one time. Use sparingly & every few days & you'll be fine.
