Finally found a staple neutral colored eyeliner for lining the bottom of my Asian eyes to give alittle more definition on the bottom. I learned the trick from a makeup artist who used a neutral eye liner on the bottom & black eyeliner on top of the eyes. It doesn't smudge & easy to apply. It cost $18. Edit: I noticed the pencil is more dry & harder to apply. I currently use Revlon CS eyeliner in Raisin or Prestige pencil in Chocolate instead underneath my eyes for work which doesn't smudge.
