Review of New York Color 309B Sheer Red by organicmoon
I like this just to have a red lipstick in my stash thats super cheap. Its not bright but does make my fair skin "pop". However, I can only wear this if I put a good lip balm (like street chic premium balm w/ spf 35 by giovanni, love) on first and over it. It really dries my lips out. I wasn't expecting much for .99 cents so it ok. I have to put on w/ a brush or my finger b/c the color doesn't spread well but once you put a light coat on its looks nice. The packaging is horrible and you have to becareful removing the cap or you might break off the lipstick but again for the price its pretty good & since I dont wear red often its worth it. It does dry lips out! Edit: the more I wear this lipstick the more I really like it. Totally worth the dollar price tag. Still need a good balm under but if you're light handed and blend evenly it looks really nice w/ my fair skin tone (just dont overdo the other makeup lol). Bumped up 1 lippie.
