This spray is just alright, it's really nothing special. I honestly didn't notice that much of a difference with or without this. It helped detangle my hair and it smells good. Another thing I like about it is that it does not contain alcohol....which is a major plus. The formula is water based, so REALISTICLY, I really don't know how much "heat protection" I'm really getting...but I'll give this the benefit of the doubt. The design of the bottle itself & the spraying pump is great, I like how it mists instead of squirting out at you. I'm just not too sure how I feel about the actual formula...which is why I don't think I would repurchase this. It was pretty cheap, I think I paid like $4 or $5...something like that. I mean compared to John Frieda's heat defeat spray, Tresemme's is wayyy better. But, I still don't find anything particularly special about it to me. It's not a complete dissapointment, but it's not amazing either. Nothing that stood out as a "WOW" factor to me. It also kind of made my hair puffy, which is not what I'm trying to achieve....especially when I'm trying to straighten my hair after using this. I guess for the price, there's not too much to lose if you want to try this.
