I have racoon dark circles, and haven't got a concealer that perfectly covers them. But this is certainly close to perfect.

I usually prefer liquid concealers but I read too much Japanese magazines & heard too much raving in local webboards. At a price of ~US$5 each I got #02 & #08 from the drugstore. As a little goes a long way, I'd say it's cheap. The packaging is like a skinny lipbalm, looks cheap but is quite durable (works fine for 2 yrs).

I apply the product w/ fingertips. It has great opacity, but the texture is on the waxy side. Won't cause much trouble w/ my fine lines if I don't slap on too much, and there's no need to use powder. I do found it too heavy to use on unhealed blemishes. Staying power is average & a touch up is needed in the hot humid summer.

#02 is a neutral medium beige that lighten my circles (I am a warm medium). #08 is a medium yellow-beige w/ fine golden shimmers. It also works well as a subtle highlighter on my face.

Since it's a Japanese brand, the color range is targeted to Asians - at least that's all it put on display in my city :P. Do play w/ the testers as the swatches are no good.
