Picked this up in Sandy Beige. It's a near-perfect shade for my NC42ish skin w/ fairly strong yellow/olive undertones. I agree with most reviews that the packaging is not much to be desired, but the product itself makes up for it. Upon buying, I used it as a setting powder for my liquid foundation at first (which was nice), but I've begun to use it every day as my daily foundation. Not full coverage, as most mineral powders aren't, but I can build it up to a medium coverage to even out my skintone & cover up some scarring using a kabuki brush. Absolutely lightweight, controls the oil on my face for the better part of the day & the best part for me: NO breakouts.

My husband has actually mentioned that he loved the way this looked on me - he said that everything else I've used in the past has made me look too oily or cakey, but that this powder was perfect. With comments like that coming from a man who isn't the biggest fan of my makeup obsession, I think this product deserves MAJOR KUDOS!
