Review of Neutrogena Oil Free eye makeup remover by Beautyy
I would normally say I don't like a product, but I'm going to have to go with I HATE for this one. I don't even know where to begin. First of all, it left my eye area greasy & gross after using it. My eyes would burn so badly from it & I still felt like my mascara wasn't even fully removed. I just don't see the hype in this product.
