Review of Neutrogena Oil Free eye makeup remover by bubbleluscious
I love this eye makeup remover! Bought it for a little more than $10, which isn't that bad for price. By far the best I have ever used. It removes most of my eye makeup really well, without irritating my eyes alot. I only have a few problems - it leaves an oily residue and it doesn't remove my waterproof mascara as well as it claims. When I do find an eye makeup remover though that removes waterproof mascara, I will be triumphant LOL. :) The thing I love about this eye makeup remover most for is when I make an oopsie with my makeup getting ready for school. It sucks for me especially because I have to get it off as quickly as possible to avoid missing my bus which comes at 7:00 a.m >.< I tried those Almay eye makeup remover pads about a month ago.. they were absolutely horrible and didn't remove my makeup at all! I immediately went back to this and was much much happier!
