This has been my go-to eye makeup remover for close to 10 years! It takes off even the most stubborn waterproof mascaras. It doesn't hurt or irritate my sensitive eyes. It does leave a little bit of an oily residue but I just swipe that off with a damp cloth before washing my face. If the price concerns you (I think it's about $17 or so), get it at CCO. My CCO always has it & I think it's about $14 there.
