This is temporary color foam. I use it on the length of my hair to keep my color looking nice without having to re-color my ends.

You have to be very careful about how long you leave it on for, as there is a big difference in the result of leaving it on for five minutes (that's how long I leave it) and twenty minutes. The longer you leave it on, the darker the color.

It does not have a very nice smell (to me). It smells like a generic men's cologne- but I've gotten past that by adding a squirt of conditioner (Pureology Hydrate) to my hair as I rinse it out.

The color lasts about five shampoos for me- gradually fading a bit with each shampoo.

I use 6A Dark Ash Blonde.
