I've only been using this for a week but so far it's working really well for me. The cleanser is very gentle on my sensitive, rosacea-suffering skin. It's not drying, doesn't leave a film and my skin is soft & clean after using. The thing I love the most is that it removes all my make-up: mascara, eyeliner (even liquid), and my MAC PLW foundation. I'm only rating it a 4 now b/c I haven't been using it very long, although if it keeps working for me, I'd give it a 5 and repurchase.
