This is the best eyeliner I've found. It goes on smoothly, is self-sharpening and retractable. It really is waterproof, and to *make* it waterproof, Avon made it heavier and waxier. This is a GOOD thing, because this liner wears very well.
I have the bronze and the black shades at the moment and they're great. The bronze is slightly shimmery and the black is matte. I use these year-round. They stand up to rain, snow, sweat, humidity, my eyes watering, etc. and don't smudge easily.
