I cannot believe the bad reviews this product is getting. I absolutely LOVE this product. I started using this one to replace Neutrogena's Oil-Free Acne Wash, which started to really cause me to break out. My sister didn't care for this product, and I started to use hers, and it works VERY well for me. I have tremendously oily skin, especially in the summer. This product (the Normal to Oily) works very, very, very well for me. It doesn't totally strip my skin of oil, but it does wash off the excess surface oil. I use one of those round, exfoliating pad/sponge things, pump a couple of times, lather it up a little bit and then scrub my face with it. It works supremely well for me. The pump is great for the shower. It is a lot pricier than other face washes, but in my opinion, it is worth every penny. There are some store-brand versions of this product. Target's Up&Up, however, is the ONLY one that I know of that carries the Normal-to-Oily generic version that is a clear, liquid soap. Everything else I've seen (Walgreens, Wal-Mart, Rite-Aid) is a generic version of the hair conditioner-consistency 'All Skin Types' version. I have yet to try those, but I might just buy a bottle next time I'm at Target to check it out. I'll review that when I do.
