Review of The Body Shop Seaweed Clarifying Toner by lysaly
This toner is rather average, not great but not horrible either.
It has a very neutral smell to it. Packaging to fine, easy to use.
It doesn't sting the face but I think it does a good job with oil control, after I use it I feel my face is cleaner & less oily for a good majority of the day.
