Review of L'Oreal Visible Lift Repair Absolute by Miaoudeminou
My skin is combination. I have all three types of skin (dry, oily & normal) and so I need a multitasking foundation that won't be too dry but won't be too hydrating that it melts off (or maybe I need to use two different foundations, I don't know). This foundation is a creme so I wouldn't suggest it to those with dry skin. It'd probably work best for those with normal skin than oily. It tends to cake on my dry areas, slide off the oily, and stay on the normal. This product, even when set with silica powder, doesn't tend to stay all day. I paid a good hefty $14 for this. It is very similar to the L'Oreal True Match Roller foundation but is a thinner consistency and feels almost "wet". The coverage is lacking and gives only a light to light medium at most. It does not cover up redness on the cheeks, large pores, some veins I have by my mouth, pimples or evens out skin. I'd like to think that wanting an even skin tone and covering some minor things would be a pain for most foundations. I'm not sure if I'm wanting full coverage and I'm just getting medium. I've tried foundations that claim to be "full coverage" and they lack it but get cakey.
