Review of Hard Candy Eye'm tired depuffing eye serum by jennarae
I purchased this product on a whim and I am so happy I did!
Pros:
-Reduces under eye puffiness
-Soaks in quickly leaving little to no residue
-VERY inexpensive ($5)
-Packaging is great & and the multiple rollerballs feel amazing while applying the product. I also keep it in the fridge so it feels so refreshing during application
Cons:
-Sold exclusively at WalMart
-Doesn't seem to help with dark under eye circles
