Review of Burt's Bees Ultra Conditioning Lip Balm by Beautyy
I bought this a few days ago cause my lips were chapped & Blistex tends to make them worse & I didn't have my EOS balms on me. This honestly felt like I put oil on my lips. It did absolutely nothing. It just sat on top of the chapped-ness. It wore off in like 5 minutes also & I think its pretty overpriced.
