Not impressive at all for whitening. There is a lot of foam if that is a positive for you. I actually get better results with Arm & Hammer Baking Soda toothpaste and it is much cheaper. Crest White Strips really do the job for me and since I am not much of a tea or coffee drinker, I do not require them very often. White Strips have gotten more expensive over the years, supposedly justified by the un-needed "improvements."
