I bought this on the recommendation of the SA at Sephora who told me she also had oily skin and pore problems. This did help keep the oil under control, but did nothing nothing nothing for pores. I switched from Too Faced Primed &Poreless (which I loved for pores, but made everything slide off of my face) to Clinique's Instant Perfector, and it's a much better alternative to this. I know, I know ladies, I was also a little bit reluctant to try the Clinique product again because I didn't love it the first two times I used it. However, my skin texture has gotten better (thanks to Clarisonic Mia and Olay Microdermabrasion kit) and the Clinique is the best primer I've found so far (controls pores and oil). Will not repurchase.
