For a drug store concealer I feel this is the best. The claim? "Your new secret weapon to disguising and preventing any undereye imperfections! It brightens your undereye area, reduces dark circles, puffiness, and fine lines, and conceals and covers for a perfect finish. Undercover Agent comes in three skin tone shades to blend seamlessly and softly into your undereye area." I truly feel like this is the first concealer to do what it claims (yay drug stores for stepping it up). For $6 (USD) you get a tube. Within the tube is an "undereye brightener". I feel that this doesn't brighten though. It actually primes and moisturizes the under eye area so that the concealer goes on smoothly (I haven't noticed any brightening properties to it). The cap to the tube contains the concealer. I feel that they should have done this differently as it is very easy to catch the concealer on the clear cap & take some away with it. This conceals, brightens, blends easily, and looks similar to skin. This is also way better than Hard Candy's Glamoflauge (which caked, showed off my crease, and lasted a few hours on my skin). The only negatives about this is that it does slightly settle into my crease I have under my eye and doesn't fully conceal. For a drug store concealer though it's the most I've gotten concealed. Edit: I've been using this for months now (it's Sept 19th 2011) and it's still the best I've found for drugstore. It's not heavy yet it truly does cover a lot without turning ashy like some can (L'oreal infallible stick). Edit (11/28/11): No matter what concealer I try I keep returning to this. It's the closest I've found to actually concealing my under eye circles (that little indentation by the nose still peeks through though). I'm still on the search for a HG concealer though. This is pretty close for drugstore.
