Review of Wet 'n' Wild Color Icon Eyeshadow Collection - Blue Had Me At Hello (737) by iBain300
I'm usually not too fond of such bold colors but after seeing a few tutorials I decided to get it. The colors are beautiful & are very pigmented for such a low price. My only gripe is the packaging is so flimsy & frail. Wet n' wild needs to make the plastic cover more durable because it breaks after a couple uses.
