This does most of what it says. It makes my powdery face look refreshed or in my terms a bit oily looking if i spray to much.. i love it though i only use it when i put on my revlon colorstay foundation & all my powders cuz after is all said & done i look so caked up like a doll but when i spray this on it give me that bit of dewy look i highly recommend this expecially being that it is only 3 bucks :)
