Review of Hard Candy Eyeshadow Primer by marippe
i got this as a sample w/ a hard candy eyeshadow i purchased. this primer is actually pretty good, compared to how crappy their eyeshadows &mascaras are.
it's a clear, gel-like consistency.. goes on every smooth & has no pigmentation whatsoever.
i was really surprised that it kept my eyeshadow looking good throughout the day! i don't know if they sell this primer by itself yet, but when they do i'll be buying one!
