This is my go to liner for my upper lash line. It is a nice shade of brown that adds definition to the lash line without being too dark & is perfect for a neutral eye look for work or school. It doesn't tug on my lid when I apply it and once it dries it stays put. No smudging or flaking even on hot days! I don't wear liner on my lower water line so I can't attest to its performance there. The only thing that I dislike about this liner is that you have to sharpen it. I personally prefer retractable eye & lip liners but this is not a deal breaker for me by any means. I always have a backup in my collection so that I never have to be without it.
