I bought this translucent powder when I saw it at Bed, Bath, & Beyond, because I thought it wasn't supposed to be available yet so I got all excited by the idea of trying it first. Once I opened the powder, I knew it wasn't going to be what I was hoping for -- way, way too shimmery. It goes on more subtly than it looks in the packaging, and it reminds me a bit of Prescriptives old Magic Powder, in that sometimes it looks great on me, and othertimes, not. For me (oily skin, large pores), this works best if I use it lightly over powder foundation like mineral makeup or over my regular face powder - I can't use it to finish off liquid foundation, because then it makes my pores look huge. So it is a "nice, but not everyday" sort of product, and I doubt I'll buy it again. It is more subtle than Physician's Formula highlighting powder, so that's one thing in its favor. Oh - the packaging is huge and impossible to tote around, and the brush included is useless.
