Review of E.L.F. Liquid Eyeliner - Black by CanadaEh
DON'T BUY THIS! I bought it in black & silver and the wand for applying the liner is terrible, it scrapes it off as it's applying it. I used my wand from my old liquid eyeliner instead, when this liner dries it tends to flake a bit...waste of a dollar
