Review of NARS Sheer Glow Foundation by ahhhttack
If MUFE HD and MUFE F&B had a baby, it would be named NARS Sheer Glow. It isn't full coverage like the HD, but it has more coverage than F&B (at least with one layer) and also a creamier consistency. It's really easy to apply (I apply with fingers), leaves my skin soft and it lasts the whole day. It really brightens up my face, and gives me a healthy glow that doesn't come off like I'm wearing a mask. I also find that I need less of it than my F&B because it has fuller coverage. I was matched by the NARS SA to Mont Blanc, which at first I was worried about because Mont Blanc is supposed to have pink tones (I am neutral leaning towards yellow). However, I find that it is definitely a neutral peach color (I added a comparison pic of it and MUFE HD 117, which has strong yellow undertones, to the product photos) and it works great for me. However, girls with genuine pink undertones might have a difficult time finding a match in this. I would classify this as medium coverage, but then I don't have much to cover so I'm not sure if girls with problem skin would agree. It is $42 for 1oz., which I think is very reasonable considering I only need a pea sized drop of it to cover my entire face. I will definitely buy this again!
