This stuff literally saved my hair. I go for wild, choppy -do's & use a lot of hairspray, so trying to grow it out was a nightmare until I found this stuff. I use it every time I wash my hair - every 4 days, on average. I'm still having problems with breakage in some areas, but I imagine that would be greatly reduced if I wasn't so hard on my hair.
