Review of Skindinavia 10 Years Younger Makeup Finish by hesperia
As I have often said, I'm a matte, full-coverage gal. Only problem with that is that this sort of makeup does tend to look a bit powdery and dry after some time. You know. Obvious lines, and all that. Enter this little gem. I discovered it as I was browsing through the Internet the other day, and decided to try it out. I am SO impressed. I spray it on my full-made up face and, although it doesn't really make me look 10 years younger (let's face it: only surgery does that), it does prevent my makeup from moving around, looking dry and powdery. At first, it's a bit disconcerting because it feels like your puffing air on your face. That's because the spray comes out so thin, you can barely feel it. Unlike MUFE's Fix & Mist, it goes on almost dry (you can't even notice it on your face right after spraying it on), but your face looks airbrushed, not wet. I even tried it after powdering my face like one powders a baby's butt, and it still looked good. I only blotted my face (after hours) out of habit because I didn't need to. I've been using it for 2 weeks now and no breakouts, no unpleasantness. I bought the 2 oz. size for only $20 dollars at Amazon (the full size is $39.00) and it's a pretty good size seeing as how you don't need to use a lot of it. I like this so much that I also ordered the Dance! version, which is said to "hold makeup all night without touchups. Created for very active women, clubbers, and professional dancers. As you move around, your body heat immediately starts to melt and smudge makeup. Weightless mist chills the makeup surface by up to 20F degrees for hours greatly extending wear and quality throughout very active use. Avoid the need for constant reapplying of foundation, eye shadow, blush, and concealer . A must-have for proms, dance competitions, nights out, and those who like to move." I can't WAIT to try it! I highly recommend this brand.
