I just came home with this today, & I think it's a new shade in the Milani nail polish line. I could hardly believe my eyes, but this is a dead ringer dupe for China Glaze's best selling shade of Ruby Pumps! Side by side on my nails in different lighting I couldn't tell a bit of difference between the two. The actual color as well as the degree of translucency were the same (it's not sheer at all, but it has almost a jelly-like quality to it), the amount of glitter throughout the polish, & even the size of the glitter particles were all the same. If you've been lemming China Glaze's Ruby Pumps but can't find it in stores near you, just go to your closest Target or drugstore & pick up a bottle of this for less than $3.
