I have had this product in my makeup bag for at least 5 years. It is FANTASTIC!! If you want to just lengthen your lashes, then apply the fibers only to the tips. If you want length AND volume, then apply it just like you would a mascara, from the base upwards. I do a repetitive application 3 times for the effect I want, so this isn't exactly a "quickie" technique! But that's fine with me 'cuz taking a few minutes to do it right is SO worth it. One caution, though - when you go to take the wand out of the base, do it SLOWLY or you'll have fibers all over the place. Remember, SLOWLY
