I originally reviewed the shade Marshmallow Bunny (here is original review http://www.makeupalley.com/product/showreview.asp/ItemId=157411/La-Creme-in-Marshmallow-Bunny-/Too-Faced/Lipstick)
The differences I've found with this shade is the scent and obviously the colour difference/preference.
Marshmallow Bunny had a delicious lemon butter shortbread scent and flavour whereas Naked Dolly had more of a cleaning product edge to it which is not great but it still smells close enough to the original scent.
This colour is more of an every day colour for me to wear to work, although a nude it has enough pink in it to look very flattering on me while still wearable for day or night.
I really liked the texture of this lipstick. It is very emollient and comfortable. The color is what is unfortunate here. I feel like I look like a zombie. It totally washes out pale girls.
I agree with the previous review. It definitely wears like a gloss, but has the lasting power of a lipstick. This particular shade is not too original. It is very similar too MAC Hue and Tom Ford Nude Vanille. I particularly am not too fond of this lipstick since once it slightly melts, you can use it out of the tube anymore. Therefore, carrying a lip brush around is a hassle. I will not repurchase.
MEH. Looks like a lipstick, wears like a gloss--which isn't a great thing for nudes, especially if your lips have a naturally darker hue. This lipstick is barely pigmented at all. Packaging is cute, color would be good if it showed up. As it is, it borders on '90s brown-nude on me, when I want a '60s opaque nude. So it doesn't go to waste I'm planning on layering it over my NARS Pure Matte lipstick in Madere, which on its own is too chalky white; hopefully Naked Dolly's glossy beige will help tone it down. Definitely won't repurchase.
I brought this randomly whilst on BeautyBay.com and am SO glad I brought it. The price made me hesitate for a moment but the colour, formula and packaging are so worth every penny. The colour suits me well and doesn't make it too nude or too pink, just right. The formula is creamy but non-sticky and lasts most of the day and the packaging is so so gorgeous, it definitely stands out in my makeup bag!
It was expensive, but I am not sorry about one single cent I spoent on this. Love the texture, love the color

I am currently around NC30 and contrary to other reviews, this did NOT wash me out nor did I find it too cool-toned. It is a perfect nude lip for me, albeit a very light nude lip. Ive noticed some people's concept of "nude lips" differ....dark coral, bright pink, dark orange peach, mauve. I don't call those nude lips regardless of skintone. My definition is a shade that is as close to the skin color as possible, with an overcast of pink, peach, beige, or brown. But I will say Naked Dolly is about as light as I can go, with a pop of pink (but no where near as pale or pink as MAC Hue). This stuff is VERY glossy. I am impressed at how a gloss can deposit so much pigment and color. Way more glossy than MAC's glaze or lustre lipsticks. I love it. The shade kinda reminds me of the now discontinued Revlon Soft Nude, but Too Faced is slightly lighter and more pink. FYI I have extremely pigmented (berry red) lips and upon two or three good swipes of this I was able to get nearly full coverage. Problem is because it's so glossy the color does seep into the cracks of your lips and seems to slide a bit. So it's not full on opaque coverage. But I like it this way, because it looks more natural. This is a good subtle gloss-lipstick cross. Worth the money for that pigmentation.
P.S. Not that I usually care about packaging, but the tube is a cute gold finish and the lid was very cleverly designed. It has a stopper, so when you shut it, you don't hear a loud click. Nice way to keep it discreet when I'm reapplying in the office!
Pretty nice lipstick! It's a calm nude-y color, though not much color payout on my lips since they are naturally a dark pink-y mauve-y color. Looks a tad strange on me sometimes, but usually I can pull it off. It feels more like a gloss than a lipstick - it's very slick and glossy rather than drying. Because of this, it hardly has a lot of staying power but lasts at least an hour for me. Some days it will settle into cracks while other days it will lay on top of my lips. It does look HORRIBLE when it settles into the cracks, so exfoliation is a must before you apply this stuff! It doesn't really feel "creme"-y, but it is very smooth. It's pricey, but I would probably buy it again! The tube is very nice and sleek, as well!
I usually find good products with Too Faced but I can't quite tell if I like this lipstick or I hate it. It sticks to my lips very dryingly and it doesn't even blend well if you put lipgloss over it. I like the color but I can't say I really like the lipstick itself.
This is a very creamy, moisturizing lipstick. Not a lot of staying power though. Naked Dolly is a sheer nude pink. Great for cool toned skin types.
