I really like this concealer. It's light to medium coverage. Goes on smoothly and doesn't make you look cakey. It's a little expensive but aren't all Mac products? If you get it in few shades lighter it's perfect for undereye highlighting.
I bought this concealer to use under my eyes and in place of a foundation because of how thick it is and how it claims to be full coverage. i had the MAC lady match me and she said i was NW25. I got home and used it and i had huge dark orange blotches all over my face. the pump is horrible because it dispenses way too much and u end up wasting half of it. i also expected the product to be bigger, especially for paying $20.
it also broke me out all over my cheek. i ended up returning this today and now i just use the boi-ng concealer by benefit which i like
DONT BUY THIS
When applied lightly to undereye area (dark circles), it sunk into creases making me look older.
Other than that, it covers well, didn't oxidize (unlike the foundations--BOO!), and spreads easily.
I try to avoid buying high end products whenever possible. I can usually find drugstore dupes or I eventually figure out it isn't worth the money. But for this concealer, I caved.
I really didn't want to. I kept thinking,"Really? Almost $20 for that teeny tiny bottle? That'll last you, what? A month? Surely, you can find something else."
I can't justify paying this much and can only hope it will last awhile because my oh my do I love this concealer. It's wonderful.
It matches me nearly perfectly, blends in, hides the majority my acne, and gives me a radiant finish. I use this as a layer under my foundation (Rimmel Lasting Finish) or just on it's own when I'm favoring a more natural look as opposed to completely flawless. It stays on really well, sometimes I go without a powder, and it doesn't look cakey. I don't use this for under the eyes (I have a DS one for that) but I imagine it would work well for that.
Some have complained about the pump, but I like it. Keeps my makeup sanitary and one pump covers my whole face. No complaints there.
I just wish it wasn't so expensive. MAC would have a loyal concealer purchaser for life if they lowered the price ever so slightly, or maybe added more product. Oh well.

I wear a NW25 in this concealer due to my redness and yellow undertones.
PROS: The coverage is great. You only need 1-2 drops to get it all over your face and the over red parts of your face.
CONS: I wish the texture was more creamy, a bit more hydrating and more blendable.

I love this product but i'm not fully satisfied with it either.
PROS
-lasts ALL day
-covers most blemishes on my face like acne/scars/redness/etc.
-large variety of colours
-the price is pretty fair considering its a MAC product
-it blends on my face and looks natural (not cakey)
-you'll only need 1-2 small pump for your entire face
CONS
-doesn't really cover my dark circles that well (which was the main reason I bought it)
-the packaging is inconvenient since it's a pump and you can't control how much comes out so a lot of product can be wasted sometimes
Definitely a full coverage concealer and I love it! It doesn't crease or cake up and that is always a plus. On days where I don't want to use foundation I pump this once onto my moisturizer and voila........A tinted moisturizer!! I will be repurchasing this bad boy again once I run out.
I'm not that fond of this product at all.
pro: it lasts a really long time, all day long, no matter what you do.
cons:
- it feels tight and heavy (note: I have a sensitive skin when it comes to putting things like foundation and concealer on my skin) , even when I first used a really good moisturizing eye cream it just dried and felt unpleasant to wear.
- it dries quickly so not easy to blend => it's better to just pat it on with the finger
- it becomes a bit darker after a while so when finding you shade, just wait before purchasing :p
- the pump is frickin' annoying, it always sprays too much so you kind of waste a big part every time, bt yeah you can solve that with an extra jar.
- it didn't look natural on me, might also be because it wasn't the right shade, but to kind of has a grayish hue on me continued >>
Update 6 months later: I have to say that this works really good for thé under eye area. I mix the NW15 and NW20 to get the right shade for my awful undereye circles. I prefer this over thé Bobbi Browns concealer, cause this does not CREASE!!
And this feels light, easy to apply and less heavy and greasy compared to many other concealers with almost thé same coverage. (Even if I think this is a medium coverage concealer, you can reapply/add some more if you need to, and still it doesn't feel heavy).
Overall, I'm really satisfied, especially for everyday use!! The reason I didn't gave this 5 stars is cause I wish it'd have a little more coverage and a more highlighting effect/be more "shiny"...but maybe it's impossible to combine this with such a staying power and avoid creasing at the same time? :)
Old, previous review: I'm not convinced about this... First of all, I went to Mac cause I have really hard to find the right shades/colours... I also have sensitive, but " troubled" skin, which makes it hard to find good working foundations/concealers...
So I read a lot about the longwear concealer and tried it in the lightest shade (i'm a NW/NC 15 mostly), and mainly under my eyes, (cause i'm looking for something better for that area)... This concealer is better than the Mineralize concealer, BUT it is not concealing enough even if it in the start feels really thick to work with...when you apply it...it feels att little "greasy" and thicky in some way...still it doesn't cover that much...
Compared to for example Magic Concealer (Helena Rubinstein) this one is more matte...it looks a little more dry on the skin, and the con becomes that you can se the lines around the eyes a little more than... It reminds a little about Effacernes (Lancome) - they both have the "matte" look, and are very naturals looking, BUT are not that covering if you take a look in the daylight (now I'm comparing with Everyday minerals that I usually use)... This concealer is hard to "build up" cause it is a cream...when you have applied it, it's hard to put 2 layers more... This is a con compared to loose makeup, that is usually buildable...
I also feel that it changes colour during the day...I don't know what this is called, but I've heard of it...so the areas are a little darker in the end of the day...
I don't think that this concealer is better than any other I've tried, so I wont repurchase...
This product did not work well for me. My skin is pale, with a combination of dry and oily parts, and lots of little red spots from past acne breakouts. This concealer was cakey and drying on my cheeks, and within half an hour of applying had turned a strange orange colour that made me look ridiculous. It also didn't provide the amount of coverage that I was after.
