this bottle lasted me for quite a while. the product is very gel like and the scent is decent. a bit pricey but the usage is pretty long. didn't have much effect though.

I just hit my twenties and I realised I must start doing something to my face. I have normal-combi skin, oily T-zone and normal skin on other areas. I have many clogged pores and whiteheads, but little blackheads. I have occassional pimples.

This cleanser is AWESOME. The first time I used it, it made my face a lot less oily, more clear, more matt-looking. It felt so smooth. Its anti-bacterial properties helped to treat my pimples and they disappeared after 3 days (I applied aloe vera gel to my pimples after cleansing and toning). I have less breakouts now and my face feels a lot less oily, esp the T-zone.

It doesnt help my clogged pores though. It comes in a clear bottle but I'd prefer it to be in a squeeze tube.

I'd definitely buy it again (: my HG cleanser!

I use this cleanser --> TBS seaweed toner --> TBS Vit E moisture cream continued >>

I like this face wash because it leaves me with a such a tingly refreshing feeling. I'm not sure if it's really effective for my acne.

I bought the whole series hoping this would clear up my skin, which it didn't. It dried out my skin, and didn't prevent break out nor oiliness. The bottle is rather stiff which makes it hard to squeeze out the product. This made my skin dry, and oily at the same time. I can't describe how disappointed I am in this.
The only con I can think about for this product is that for the prize you get a decent amount of product, so if you like this, it's more or less affordable.
I'd not recommend this to people with sensitive/dry skin as this product is very drying and has (in my opinion) way too much unnecessary fragrance.

Unfortunately, this product makes me break out EVERY time I use it. The only plus side to this product is that it makes my skin feel smooth for a few minutes. I won't be buying this again!

I love this to a T(ea)! Love the refreshing tea tree scent, and a little amount foams up easily. It cleanses well without drying out my combination skin. It also helped keep pimples at bay. My other favourite other than Vichy Normaderm cleansing gel.

i have been using this cleanser just for couple days, so im not gonna give it 5 lippies. yet. i have pretty normal skin, but i do have a bit of white/blackheads in my t-zone and i do get sometimes blemishes + i have very large pores on my cheeks (genetic). in summertime i feel slightly oilier, because its so warm and i excercise a lot, so i wanted something more deep cleansing. 250 ml for just 9 euros is quite a lot of product. it looks venom green in the bottle, but its actually just light green gel. i wet my face and then apply one teaspoon of the product on my face and massage it about 1 minute on my skin. it foams up when you use your fingers, but i find out when im using my facial brush it doesnt lather as much. it haves that tea tree scent wich is very ovious, but not overwhelming. i recommend to check out the scent before buying it, i think its more of a ''you either love it or hate it'' smell. i personaly love it. but the smell changes a bit when i rub it to my face, it turns into bit more nuttier smell. its weird, but i dont mind it. maybe it reacts with water or something. this cleanser leaves my skin super clean and fresh. you really need to use a new product at least a month to see some good results, but i can already see my face looking very clear :)
NEW THOUGHTS: just bought my second bottle after a long break of this cleanser. i loooveee iiit!! it leaves my skin SO clean and SO fresh. my skin feels amazing, its tingeling and i can hear my pores thanking me for a good cleanse :D it really keeps my skin clear and nice... :)

I have acne and my skin is oily. I read an ad about tea tree products of The body shop which is said that those products could prevent acne and control oil. I bought toner, cleanser, tea tree oil, moisturizer...I hoped that it could make my skin clear and less of acne. But those stuff are terrible, the cleanser is ok, the others made my face break out a lot. I asked the seller at the shop, and they said their products were made from natural ingredients, it couldn't made you break out, so i shouldn't worry, keep using. I couldn't believe their words. Now i stop using all of them accept the cleanser. I wasted a lot of money for The body shop. I don't intent to buy their stuff anymore.

Pretty good product. I use this cleanser in the morning, and my Cetaphil oily skin one at night. I actually like the smell of tea tree oil, so that's where the positives start for me. I find that if I use it without water, it is too dry and too hard to rub in, so I wet my hands, only slightly, and squeeze some cleanser onto my hands. I rub it in circular motions on my face, and it foams up a fair bit but not too bad. I haven't found it drying at all, but that may be because I only use it once a day. I think it is a bit more gentle on my skin that Cetaphil, probably because it's made from natural ingredients or whatever. Anyway, I really like this product, packaging could be improved the squeezing can be a bit annoying, but nothing that would stop me from reupurchasing.

It does the job. I like this cleanser because it really makes my skin feel clean after i've used it. I can imagine if you have sensitive skin it may be too harsh. I have combination skin and i had multiple breakout clusters on my face (due to exam stress!). After my first use my skin looked very clean and very fresh. Now two weeks on my skin looks much clearer and my spots have reduced too. I've also been using this with the tea tree toner and lotion and night blemish fading lotion (which is incredible!). For the low price and the amount you get i think this is a really good product.
