I was really excited to try this mascara since it seemed to have a lot of good reviews. However, the results I got were less than satisfactory.
Instead of uniform, curled lashes, this mascara made my lashes look unkempt, sticking out at random angles. In terms of shape, my lashes looked better without it.
The color is a nice black, and it coated my lashes pretty well. However, it does smudge, and while it is not completely waterproof, it is still a pain to take off at night.
Overall, I really don't like how the mascara wand made my lashes look messy, and it didn't offer volume or length either.
i'm in love with this mascara. i've been using great lash for a few months and just got this last week. it's amazing quality for the price. i got it for around $7. it stays on all day, no smudging no running. absolutely no clumping and my lashes are long and not crunchy at all. love love love this.
This smudges more than a normal mascara. I haven't had any problem with smudges before but I got raccoon eyes with this.
It didn't lengthen or volumize my lashes. I needed 3 coats, so it was time-consuming to use this one. My lashes weren't soft, just as dry as with any other mascara.

When I initially apply this mascara it looks great! Just like many of the other reviewers said, it gives you full, thick, natural looking lashes. BUT it smudges like crazy about an hour or so after I put it on. Not in big chunks or flakes, but more like I end up looking like I got a very bad night's rest because the area under my eyes looks so much darker. Boo hoo.

What happened? I bought this based on the highly positive reviews of this mascara. Unfortunately, it smudged like crazy on me within 4 hours. It did give me really beautiful, natural and soft looking lashes, though. However, there are other options out there that can give me similar results without making me look like a raccoon!

Based on its reviews on MUA, I thought I would LOVE this mascara, but I feel underwhelmed. I will admit that it does leave your lashes feeling soft, but it lacks in the "full" department. This mascara is great is your want a very natural look, like if you just want to darken your lashes. However, it took me around 3 coats to get some noticeable volume. Also, the wand is huge, so it's hard to get into the inner corners or to the base of your lashes without poking yourself or making a mess on your upper eyelids. However, it does have great wear time and last me all day with minimal smudging, and it holds my curl nicely. I like to wear this for a natural, no-makeup makeup look.
Wow, I am impressed! Full 'N Soft definitely lives upto its name and fame! Doesn't flake or clump, holds curl (I use a lash curler first), doesn't smudge for 10+ hrs and leaves lashes very soft and natural-looking! The price is a bonus. Perhaps it doesn't give you dramatic length and volume, but these are more pros than cons for me. I've been using it everyday since I opened the tube and will probably continue to do so until I run out.
Will buy again. And again.
this product goes for about $7 at target.
the mascara wand, first of all, is great (some people prefer plastic wands, but this is more original and easier for me to use), except it doesnt deposit as much product as i like, but it separates lashes well, and i wish all mascaras have this kind of wand. the product is lightweight, and doesn't dry hard, it actually kinda feels and looks like i don't have anything on. it does flake a bit after a while, but just a tiny bit. it's also very layer-able, it can go up to four layers. it's also pretty waterproof, but honestly, there's no mascara that you can wear while swimming, cause of the chlorine (ya i've tried) overall,
EDIT: Had to redo my review--I really should use items a week before reviewing...anyway, when I first used this I had problems with flaking, clumping, and not holding a curl. Tried it again over a period of a week and apparently that was a one-off fluke (I may have a bad tube), or because I'm used to using one coat when I should've (and do now) use two. There's a slight volume increase to my lashes, but the difference is probably not so dramatic to me as I luckily already have thick lashes, they're just straight. No flaking except for towards the wee end of the day, but for a normal workday this is just fine. I wouldn't expect huge fluttery doll/drag lashes from this, but for a daily mascara Full 'N Soft does the job well. Comparing this to the other mascara I've been testing (Covergirl's Lash Blast Volume) Full N' Soft is less crunchy, less stinky, and the wand isn't GINORMOUS HUGE like CG's so it's easier to use. Recommended, and it's now my HG everyday mascara.

Great mascara for slight length and volume while remaining soft to the touch like the package says. BUT, still smudges on monolid as usual. Good buy but still not the mascara for no crease eyes. xP
