Having oily skin, the sales people almost always sway me toward products that strip the oil & moisture right out my skin. The problem with that is my pores then go into overdrive to compensate, especially in the late fall/winter months. This product is great at moisturizing my skin without leaving it greasy. Just soft, glowing skin and it smells wonderful. I do wish they would put this thing in a tube, but I do ok by just washing my hands before use to avoid at least a little contamination. This @ night along with my Origins Get Down/Make a Difference cream in the morning keeps my skin regulated and most importantly, healthy looking.
UPDATE: Stopped using this, caused some cystic pimples.

Excellent and very soft mask/scrub for sensitive skin. I like it because it does not dr in and after 10 min or so you massage the mask into your skin before rinsing it. It is nice exfoliating action whicj is soo soft. It leaves your skin looing healthy and with a nice glow.
There are so many masks out there, from DS makes to very expensive ones, but this is one of the better ones, and the price is good!
One negative point (as for so many of TBS products): i do not like the packaging in a tub. It is good for the first few weeks of use, but it tends to dry out and it is not so hygienic either, a tube would be far better. So for the packaging, only 4 lippies

I finally took the tester home from work to try on my mum actually.she is very very no fuss with skincare makeup ect she has absolutely no interest in it (totally opposite to me :) and i gave her a facial with it and when i took the mask off her skin looks amazingly different from before the mask much clearer and felt soo much smoother even she said so and she never notices anything lol,she even commented how good her skin felt in the morning.i decided to try it even tho i didnt think it would suit my oily acne prone skin...well im so glad i did my skin looked and felt great much smoother and firmer and wow in the morning my acne scarring looked remarkably clearer.this is sooooo good have been recomending heaps at work ! only downside is that it burns really really bad for the first minute the blue corn mask does this too me to ,oh well the results are too good i will just grin and bear it !!

I bought this during a sale and after reading all that it does for sensitive / dry skin. To my surprise this actually works though it makes my eyes a little watery when the mask is on.

It scrubs up fine, and leaves a clean complexion after removal. Hydrating property is moderately high so I will keep using it. Problem as with most Body Shop products - why do they use tubs instead of tubes? continued >>

I love this mask. It is not the best iv'e ever used but i love the smell and texture SO much. It is creamy and hydrating, it also gently cleanses. Very effective. Probably not so great for sensitive skin types. Anyway i would buy this product again for sure!

wow...I am so glad I bought this! First of all the price, it's what you pay for at the Body Shop...I think the price is decent. The packaging, I don't mind it's in a tub, I use Q-tip to get product out as opposed to dipping my fingers in the jar.

I have normal/dry combo skin. I used this after my face was already washed. On wet skin, I applied a thin layer and left it on for 15 minutes and with wet fingers gently in circular motions around my face. Then with a soft face sponge I wiped it off and gave it a rinse once. Too many people I know rinse too much after a mask and it strips of natural oils. Then with a clean towel I patted dry.

The feel of the product is so fun, it's smooth with oatmeal. I literally wanted to eat it if it hadn't been for the almond-ish smell lol. It did burn for a few seconds but that went away. When I rinsed off my face felt clean.

I use this every Friday to get the week's stress out of my face! I love this mask, it's my HG!

It is the best mask that I ever used. I used many masks from estee lauder, lancome, clinique and this is the winner. When I used it my boyfirend asked me if I got a facial. It made my skin clean and glowing. It also didn't cause and allergic reaction to my sensitive skin. I am using it twice a week which is enough for me. The only negative thing is that it is in a jar that you have to dip your hands in, but other than that it is the winner forme.It is my HG mask.

I used to love this mask, before trying the more specialised brands. I love using facial masks in general, so I've tried a lot different ones. This mask from TBS delivers what it says on the pot: moisturizing & cleaning in the same time. The skin feels soft and clean afterwards, and the smell is wonderfully sweet. Compared to my current favourite mask "moisturizing by a mask "of Valmont's Nature line, this still comes short on several points. It doens't really give my skin a better look after I wash it off, while the mask from Nature really gives you that glow and invisible pores.
If you like the beneficial effects of a facial mask, then it's worth it to invest a bit more in your home spa products. It does give a difference on your skin.

Overall a decent product for its price, but won't purchase again as have found better alternatives.
