oh man! this was soo harsh - bad reaction or allergy (possibly the sulfur) scaly patches and my eyes and face totally swollen.

This is an awesome mask! I first steam my face for a minute, lightly pat my skin with a small towel to dry it a bit, and then apply the mask. I leave it on until it dries (5-10 mins), take the same towel (wet it with warm water) and then massage my face..you'll get the softest skin ever!!

-maybe the scent for some people (but it's a very light scent)

I've used this mask for over a year now and I am still in love with it. It really helps to clear my pores and just the gunk off of my face, and it gives that nice tingly sensation (which I personally love) to let you know it's working. I'll use this about once or twice a week, especially when my skin gets really oily, and I'll use it occasionally for spot treatments as well. It's so cheap too!

Love this stuff! I have oily skin and this stuff soaks up the oil and sucks the gunk out of my pores! I has a minty smell and makes my skin tingle! It works great as a spot treatment for zits and it doesn't bother my sensitive skin......bonus!! I use a moisturizer after and wake up with glowing skin! I use once or twice a week. Great clay mask and dirt cheap. Possibly HG status!

For the price and widespread availability in drugstores, you can't beat the performance of the mint julep mask. It truly melts away oil on my face and cleans out my pores. I use this mask about 1-2 times per week so I don't over dry my skin. My skin looks like it is glowing after I rinse it off.

I do apply a layer of Aquaphor after rinsing and drying my face with a towel. Then I go to bed and wake up to clean, moisturized skin. :)

I don't know why it took me so long to try this stuff, but man I wish I used this back in High School!

I'm really glad that this mask isn't hard to wash off. I've used many masks in the past, and it would take forever (even with a washcloth) to come off. Whether you have severe acne, moderate acne, or just want a deep clean, try this product. I use it at least once a week, but have used it more if an event was coming up. Any little pimple you see will be on it's way out the door, once you apply this product. You may feel tingling when you first use it, but you won't notice it after your second or third time wearing this mask. This is also the first mask I've had that actually makes my face softer. I highly recommend this product, it's amazing!

This makes a great spot treatment. It doesn't make the pimple go away completely, but i leave it on overnight and it goes down in size and redness by the next morning. I LOVE IT!

im not acne prone. but i jst wanted to check this product out what the raves are about. result? not good. saw bumps on my forehead and a few on my cheek. im still not sure if i got it from this because i was getting my period. but im scared to try it again because my face got cleared already.

I usually use this as a spot treatment rather than a mask over my entire face. Warning: Do NOT use this on dry patches! It is amazing at drying out those gross, swollen pimples that seem to never go away! I just dab on a bit, wander around the house for roughly 30 minutes, and wash off with warm water. It's extremely soothing and - best of all - seems to help prevent acne scarring! I'm in love.

This mask is surprisingly affordable and fantastic! I was going through a short-lived "buy only expensive beauty products" phase when my friend turned me on to this. They used it in her beauty school. For $3 at Dollar General, why not? I love this product now! Its much better than the Aztec Clay mask. Once every other week, or when my face just feels clogged and gross I throw this on while cleaning. It smells minty and tingles a bit. Its a short mask, only 15 minutes which is great. The tube seems like the most pratical way to package it, but sometimes its hard to squeeze out and get all of the product (especially with mask all over your hands). Rinses away pretty cleanly, but I follow up with a deep moisturizer. Not too drying for periodic use and has not caused me any breakouts. My skin always feels better afterwards. Well worth the money!!
