I love all of the Rouge Cocos, but this is one of my favourite colours, along with Perle, Paris and Rose Comete (the latter two I haven't tried yet, but I'm hoping to at some stage). Mademoiselle is a very feminine colour that I like to wear when I'm in the mood for something a little brighter than Perle, but I still want a natural look.
This was my second Rouge Coco lipstick and like many others, I'm very impressed with the new Chanel lipsticks.
The colour: A warm, nude rosy-beige. Hard to describe, but I think this will fit most, if not all types (I myself tend to look best in cool tones, but this one was an exception). It's a classic go-to, everyday versatlie colour. On me, it looks a lot like in the ads (so I think).
The texture: Not too creamy, not too matte. It's just right. No glitter. I do not find it drying.
Staying power: Lasts quite a while, depending on what you're doing... I take it off before eating though.
Scent: Lovely rose-scented, I love the smell!
Packaging: Typically Chanel, gorgeous and oh-so chic.
Overall, I'm in love with this new range of lipsticks and Mademoiselle is probably its signature colour.
This was a splurge, yes. Not inexpensive. But in this case, you get what you pay for. The lipstick, on me, is a sort of rosy-pink-brown with a tiny bit of coral. Its very flattering and very comfortable. The case is classic Chanel--black with a gold band, with the logo stamped on the bottom.
I have to say that applying this lipstick is a joy and I can see using it a great deal.

I was in the mood for something luxurious and this little baby caught my eye. At $30, this lipstick ain't cheap! It's a lovely, lovely color. It looks different on everyone. That being said, it's a great neutral. The color on me is difficult to describe (brownish-red-terracotta-ish nude). The lipstick lasts and lasts and lasts (it should, considering how much it costs!). I love the packaging, and it's sooooo cool to the touch you know it's well protected. It's a great lipstick for tanned skins, well , actually everybody. If you want to try Rouge Coco, this is the color to start with since it's so universal. (MAC NC42/43-LM Sunset Beige, EL-Double Wear-Shell Beige, NARS Barcelona)

This is SOOO pretty. It is hands down the best lipstick I have ever tried, and I've tried ALOT. It actually lasts hours, keeps your lips moisturized, and is just so comfortable on your lips! Mademoiselle on me is a very wearable everyday grown up color. Using I like to wear pinky or peachy nudes, this is more of a.... pinky rose? I feel very sophisticated when I'm wearing it. Thank you CHANEL for making the best lipstick ever!
This is my 3rd Rouge Coco and I am far from being disappointed with the line, and from this particular color.
It's true that this shade can look different on different women, even if it's very pigmented and has full coverage. When I applied Mademoiselle, it looked similar to the Vanessa Paradis ad, and I know for some this can look very pink, coral or reddish.
Madeimoselle has a soft and creamy finish, the staying power is about 4 hours and still stays put even after eating w/ only a little touch up needed.
I love this shade and I can see myself wearing this everyday.

Oh, how I *love* Rouge Coco! It has made a believer out of me, a gloss girl.
Mademoiselle is everything I hope a Bobbi Brown lipstick would be: a nice pinkish brown YLBB shade that is natural and goes with everything. I think this lipstick delivers and more. The winning combo in Rouge Coco is bar none the texture, the finish and the pigmentation. The texture is very light yet moisturizing and not drying. The finish is semi-mate, with a sheen to it that it doesn't wear me down. The pigment is very rich, it lasts quite a bit and fades to a beautiful stain. On my lips it is the perfect rosy pink beige wash, two coats of mascara and a blush finish the look easily.
I will definitely get this again. I'm very excited that Chanel has revamp their lipstick line with this superb line & am looking forward for new colors in the future. continued >>
On me, Mademoiselle is in the same vein as Nars Dolce Vita. Where Dolce Vita was a bit too dark and dull and made my skin look ruddy, Mademoiselle is lighter, brighter, and warmer. The color is substantially more intense with more red tone than the soft pink shown in the ad; this is definitely one to try before you buy. Too bad it's super drying, moreso than Nars, and immediately emphasizes the lines of my lips. I agree with other reviewers, Rouge Allure is a better formula (with better packaging). On my rosy lips Rouge Allure in Darling was a close dupe of Mademoiselle, perhaps less red and a touch more brown and muted; definitely worth trying if you just can't get the gorgeous Vanessa Paradis ad out of your head.

i love this lipstick! the colour is fantastic (precisely the kind of old rose pink i was looking for), feels great on the lips, lovely texture, smells wonderful, and has the most divine packaging! i only have one teeny tiny gripe. basically what makes this lipstick unique is a bit of a double-edged sword. yes, it's fantastic that this shade has "chameleon-like" capabilities (i.e. it won't look exactly the same on everybody), but the coral-y shade it turns into for about half an hour after first application isn't very flattering on me and i didn't shell out $40+ on a coral lipstick. however, it does turn into the true shade after a while. it's just a bit annoying to reapply then find orangey lips. BUT i have started using this as more of a stain and i find that it stays true to shade when applied that way. i dot it on gently as opposed to swiping it on my lips. it's pretty pricey, but the formula and packaging make it worth it. i love picking it up and feeling the coolness of the tube and the design just makes it look so luxurious. i will definitely be repurchasing this particular shade again and once i've got some money to spend, i'll be purchasing some other shades.
After reading all the hype about the chanel lip color, I thought I would splurge. When first receiving in the mail, the color slightly disappointed me. I thought if more of a coral but when putting on, appeared more of a red on me. However, after getting used to it, I love it. It instantly brightens up my face, takes away from my tired (51 yo)eyes and makes my teeth look whiter. I would say this is a reddish lip color for the shy if that makes sense. It's not overpowering like some darker shades, just enough color. Could use day/night and did have staying power which not too many lipsticks can claim. I think it is a good staple for a woman to have in her lipstick collection even if it's not something you may wear day to day. Good for all seasons too.
