I have the very dry skin version and it was brilliant for my over-sensitive skin, it is a true night time moisturizer however as it is quite thick and leaves a shiny visible film. Looking fwd to trying the other skin type versions as they may suit daytime use also. Am on my 3rd tube. Update: have now tried the oily skin version - much lighter formula and am very happy with it - would repurchase.
It does what it says: Yes
My dark spots really fades (or gone for the lighter ones)
It even redues the fine lines and crow's feet under my eyes.
For my case it does not cause any sensitive issue around my eyes.
This is much much more effective than the Oly eye cream I used few months back.
How it feels on my face: It is oily and heavy on my O/Co face. I bought the dry skin type by mistake and amazingly does not cause breakout.
I know there are other brands of Antioxidant Moisturizer but since have not try them yet wouldn't know the effectiveness.
I use the Superdefence agedefence day Moisturizer with SPF when go outdoor.
I tried this as I was looking for a moisturizer with antioxidants in it. Verdict - It's lovely: sinks in well, smells great, and does not leave you shiny. However, I'm on Tazorac and when my skin has it's sensitive moments I cannot use this as it buns my skin. I'm not sure how people with sensitive skin would do with this.
Incidentally, I use this under my sunscreen for added protection.
Note: I Use Dry/Combination formula
I m using combination oily to oily for a week , no clog pores, no out break. skin felt more hydrated and look more healthy. A bit expensive but very well pack and did not cause me any problem so will buy it again.
I decided to buy this after trying to take a more 'scientific' approach to skincare and after reading Beautypedia. This cream in the combo/dry variety seemed to tick all the boxes and I love the neat tube packaging.
The cream goes on nicely and sinks in well, but tingles a little on my cheeks. In the morning, my skin is well hydrated, but after 3 weeks of using this with Superdefence in the day I have small blackheads, obvious pores and redness in my cheeks. It may work for some people, but obviously my skin defies the science - I am going back to my much maligned Lancome, which really suited my skin :( Disappointing.
Ok, so i received this in a GWP. Usually i hate things that come in GWP but i saw the good reviews for this, so i tried it immediately. I got the Combination Dry formula. My skin is dry on the cheeks and around the nose, but the rest of my face is just normal.
LOVE THIS. it just sinks into my skin immediately. I wake up with soft hydrated face. Really, no complaints. I will definitely purchase a full size when i'm done the sample. i've been doing a few different things with my skincare regime, but this definitely helped.
my skin has never felt smoother.. i just can't stop touching my face during the day. it's amazing.
I've been using the Combination Dry formulation of this moisturizer and have been very pleased. My skin is normally combination to oily, but I'm on Tazorac right now, so I need a little more help at night to counteract the retinoid dryness. Even though it's not naturally dry, my skin is very sensitive to chemicals/irritants and will burn/turn red/flake/break out at the drop of a hat if it doesn't like something in a skincare product. This moisturizer does a nice job of rehydrating and hasn't caused any irritation or breakouts. I also really like the tube packaging. It's a very flexible tube, making it easy to squeeze, and the tip puts out a precise amount of moisturizer. It's sanitary and easy to control. I'd love for it to cost less, but the tube seems to be lasting me a long time, so I guess I don't mind ~$40 every 3 or 4 months!
I am currently using the version for oily face. I've only used this moisturizer for 5 nights and my skin is in perfect condition. It moisturizes and makes my skin glow. I wish it comes with SPF.
Last year, I used the Neutrogena version (Neutrogena Anti Oxidant Age Reverse Night Cream) and loved it. It's half the price but it was pretty good. I just switched to Clinique because I just feel like I need to invest a little more since I'm not getting any younger. If the price is a problem, try Neutrogena.
Update: I've been using this for quite a few months now. This is the best moisturizer if you are concerned about acne, aging and moisture-retention at the same time.
bought this with super defense moist. and really really love the result! its not oily at all. no smell. and my skin look better in every morning. i feel major improvement. my skin look softer.
really expensive for me :( but def repurchase this one.
I don't need to give anymore reviews since there are so many good reviews abt this product. It' really good!
