I'm not really a fan of eyeliner, but this stuff is way too hard for me to use. I actually feel like I'm poking my eye out when I use it. I need something that goes on more easier. Then again, what do you expect for 99 cents?
I use this on the inner part of my lower eye. This stays put and helps brighten up my eyes. Sometimes I will use this to line the inner corners of my eyes and go about a 1/4 way to the middle of my eyes and then I do just the outter corners. This create a wide awake effect on me.
This a great pencil for the brow bone(right under e/b's)and then maybe a little smudging...I love it! And of course you can't beat the price!
I would like to start out by saying that I love Wet'n'Wild. That said,I didn't like this eyeliner. It was chalky and I can't think of the word I want to use to describe it,but I'll say clumpy (even though it's not a liquid). Not a great product,I wouln't buy it again.
This is so much better than the other expensive white eyeliners I've used!! Not only does this not drag and tug, but is also has more color pigment! You don't have to go over your eyelid three or four times to get the color to show up! At only 99 cents, it's a bargain! I definitely agree with the reviewer who advised buying this before trying a high end white eyeliner. Funny thing is, I was almost about to plunk down $15 for Clinique quickeyes in white on white!! The only slight complaint I have about wet n wild eyeliner is that the packaging should be sealed. But then again, it's a pencil. I can always just sharpen it if it's been tested!
Man, this is a steal! I usually prefer high end cosmetics, but I LOVE this liner. It is MUCH nicer than most cheap liners, which are about as soft as a colored pencil. This is actually pretty soft, and has more white pigment than a lot of high end brands. At 1$ USD, you can't afford not to buy this! Please get this one before deciding to purchase a high end white liner.
I use this pencil every day to line the inner rims of my lower lid. It makes me look more awake than I am usually! The pencil was super cheap, around $1. There were two problems with it, however. It's a bit harder than other pencils; also, the plastic cap covering the end of the pencil cracked almost immediately (and it's not like I'm throwing it around every time I use it...I've never broken a cosmetic product like, ever). But for $1, I can afford to pick up another one!
